Social Networks for Citizen Science – Science Communication Workshop for CS Projects #1

NEWSERA partners FECYT and Ibercivis have organized a series of webinars on science communication for citizen science projects in Spain.

Citizen science can be the new paradigm for science communication. That’s why the NEWSERA project is organizing a series of webinars addressed to citizen science projects and dedicated to techniques and strategies to better communicate the science in their projects, starting from what we have learned during the NEWSERA #CitSciComm Labs and other project activities.

The online workshops are free to attend. They will be held in Spanish.

Express Workshop 1

In this workshop we will understand how to increase traffic and visibility of citizen science projects. We will learn some viral techniques that encourage curiosity and attract a greater number of visitors. We will also understand how to enhance audiovisual content; lighten our communication style and focus on a narrative based on storytelling.
