NEWSERA Friday – Data Journalism Lab

After Round 2 of the Data and Science Journalism Lab, the pilots projects in Italy, Spain and Portugal are coming together for the NEWSERA Friday on January 28, 2022!

The meeting will start with a presentation of the main Take-away Ideas that the three groups of projects worked on during the Labs. Then the whole group will divide in thematic breakout sessions depending on the main focus of each Citizen Science pilot: Biodiversity, Healthy and Living Cities, Water ecosystems. In these sessions, groups will have time to identify common communication challenges, and discuss how to prioritize them. The last part of the meeting will be focused on storytelling and pitching stories.
